DExtra Virgin Olive Oil

BG’s extra virgin olive oil – BIOLOGICO - is produced from the organically
grown olives (in the hills surrounding Verona) hand-harvested at the
perfect time. The olives are first pressed and cold pressed in the traditional
way to ensure that the oil retains its natural organoleptic properties.
The result is a particularly delicately flavoured oil with an exquisitely
perfumed fruity aroma, golden-yellow in colour with hints of green.
The AIAB (Associazione Italiana per L’Agricoltura Biologica) guarantees
to the consumer that the oil has been produced with organic olives using
the production methods specified by the Italian Ministry of Agriculture
as well as the EEC.
